Property Chatbot replaced an unreliable third-party chatbot with a custom AI platform — and went from 40 leads a day to thousands, at a sixth of the original infrastructure cost.
Property Chatbot is a Dubai-based AI platform built to find, qualify, and convert real estate leads at scale. The client built the platform to reach property buyers and sellers across the UAE through automated conversation — and to sell qualified leads to real estate brokers closing deals worth $1M to $10M.
The vision was clear: reach thousands of real estate leads simultaneously, qualify them through AI conversation, and hand the best ones to brokers ready to close. The problem was execution.
Every attempt to build the outreach layer hit the same wall. No-code tools were too slow. A third-party chatbot integrated into their lead management system was supposed to be the answer. When it worked, it worked. Most of the time, it didn’t

The platform went live within two months. The team no longer called leads, managed CRM records, or handled follow-ups manually — the AI ran the entire journey from first message to booked meeting.
Infrastructure costs dropped from $300 to $50 per month. Daily outreach reached 3,000 to 4,000 leads — a volume that would require roughly 80 people to replicate manually. Client presented the platform to ten real estate companies operating in the $1M to $10M Dubai market. Four signed contracts for a monthly supply of qualified leads.
